It’s that time of the year and the wheels of activity here at Irish Black Butter are already turning. We recently had the pleasure of attending Showcase Ireland at the RDS in Dublin. This was our first time at the event and we thoroughly enjoyed introducing people from across the World to Irish Black Butter – our unique Irish preserve.
Showcase Ireland lived up to its name and it was a delight to see so many talented Irish producers at the event including the Enterprise Ireland section. Aside from meeting visitors from the USA, Canada, France, Belgium, Japan and elsewhere, it was lovely to see local Irish Black Butter stockists from Portrush in County Antrim including Damian and Alice from Rohdich Jewellers and Norman, Veronica, Steven and Lisa from Giftware Ireland.
Irish Black Butter makes a fine original gift for overseas visitors. It is always a delight to receive messages from people overseas who have picked up jars of our Irish conserve whilst here on holiday and who are enjoying a great taste of Ireland wherever they are.
That is the ultimate aim of Irish Black Butter to ‘spread a little happiness from Ireland’ right around the World.
