Irish Black Butter recently went to New York with the Department For Business and Trade. Whilst there Alastair visited the Speciality Food Association Summer Fancy Food Show at Javits Convention Centre, conducted in store sampling at Manhattan stockist, Chelsea Market Baskets, attended business events at the British Consulate and met with members of the Irish Business Organisation of New York.
It was a hectic schedule which also included meeting businesses from across the USA and Canada.
